wir erfüllen unseren staatlichen Versorgungsauftrag bereits vollumfänglich und arbeiten an der Belastungsgrenze. Eine Mehrleistung darüber hinaus wird durch die aktuellen Vorgaben der Kassenärztlichen Vereinigung Nordrhein (KVNO) faktisch blockiert.
Therefore, the very quick appointment scheduling that has been customary for us up to now is unfortunately no longer possible in the usual manner. Waiting times for appointments will be longer.
We radiologists regret this decision and would like to continue offering our extended opening hours for patients with statutory health insurance until 7 p.m.
This restriction only applies to patients with statutory health insurance.
Privately insured patients and self-paying patients are not affected by this regulation; in these cases, we may continue to offer short-term appointments.

For urgent appointment requests, it is also possible to seek assistance from the KV North Rhine appointment service center (TSS). The service center can be reached around the clock every day without an area code by dialing 11 6 11 7.
We deeply regret that we are unable to treat all patients as promptly as we would like and thank you for your understanding in this difficult situation.
