Dr. med. Andreas Grust
Managing Director & Founder | Specialist in Radiology
As founder and Chief Visionary, Dr. Grust is the driving force behind the company. He loves having his hands full, actively participating in both software development and financial controlling.
Following his specialist training at the University Hospital Düsseldorf, Dr. Grust has been practicing as a radiologist in Düsseldorf since 2002. In 2015, Dr. Grust opened the private practice *Radiologie Düsseldorf Mitte*. In 2021, together with Dr. Schleich, he founded the medical care center "Radiologie-Netzwerk NRW".

Managing Director and Founder | Specialist in Radiology and Neuroradiology | MSc in Health Management
PD Dr. med. Christoph Schleich, M.Sc., is a specialist in radiology and neuroradiology with proven expertise in musculoskeletal imaging as well as high-resolution MRI and CT diagnostics, and is the co-founder, CEO, and CMO of MVZ Radiologie-Netzwerk NRW.
He combines many years of clinical and scientific experience with a modern care infrastructure, and stands for precise, innovative, and patient-oriented radiology.

Dr. med. Kjel Andersen-van Loyen
Specialist in Radiology | Head of Cardiac Imaging
Dr. med. Andersen-van Loyen is a long-standing specialist in radiology. Following his specialist training at the University Hospital Düsseldorf, Dr. Andersen-van Loyen served for 12 years as a Senior Physician at the Institute for Clinical Radiology at the Lukaskrankenhaus Neuss. Since May 2020, he has been working as a practicing radiologist at our practice.
Dr. med. Dorothea Jansen
Specialist in Radiology and Neuroradiology | Head of Neuroradiology
Dr. Jansen is a specialist in radiology and has been part of our team since 2022. Her broad range of interests covers the entire spectrum of diagnostic radiology (CT, MRI, X-ray).
Gabriel Besiri-Weber
Specialist in Radiology
Gabriel Besiri-Weber is a specialist in radiology with additional training in internal medicine. Since 2025, he has been practicing at the MVZ Radiologie-Netzwerk NRW, combining modern diagnostic radiology with specialized expertise in musculoskeletal imaging and interventional pain medicine.
Dr. med. Alexander Janhsen
Specialist in Radiology
Dr. Janhsen completed his medical studies at the Georg-August University of Göttingen and earned his doctorate in 2012 at the Hannover Medical School. He began his career in radiology at the Johanna-Etienne Hospital in Neuss, followed by subsequent positions in Ratingen and Mettmann. Since January 2021, Dr. Janhsen has been with the MVZ Radiologie-Netzwerk NRW, where he serves as the head of the Radiologie Nettetal location.
Dr. med. Laszlo Kasprowski
Specialist in Radiology
Dr. med. Kasprowski is a specialist in Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology. After completing his medical studies at RWTH Aachen University -receiving his medical license in 2018 and his doctorate in 2021 - he completed his specialist training from 2018 to 2022 at the University Hospital Düsseldorf, and from 2023 to 2024 at the Johanna-Etienne Hospital in Neuss. Since April 2024, he has strengthened our MVZ Radiology Network NRW as a specialist physician.
Dr. med. Kai Moschinski
Specialist in Radiology | Head of Interventional Radiology
As Head of Interventional Radiology, Dr. med. Kai Moschinski’s particular area of interest lies in the treatment of patients suffering from pain. Following his medical studies at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf—where he obtained his medical license in 2018 and his doctorate in 2019—Dr. Moschinski completed his specialist training at the Lukas Hospital in Neuss (Rheinland Klinikum) as well as within our MVZ Radiology Network NRW.
Dr. med. Meng Ma
Assistenzärztin
Dr. med. Meng Ma completed her medical studies at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf and received her medical license in 2021. Since then, she has been undergoing specialist training—initially at the Johanna Etienne Hospital in Neuss, and, since March 2025, with us at the MVZ-Radiologie-Netzwerk NRW. She successfully completed her doctoral degree in 2023.
Dr. med. Lena Graf-Cordes
Specialist in Radiology | Head of Uroradiology | Prostate Imaging
Dr. med. Graf-Cordes is a specialist in Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology. After completing her medical studies in Göttingen—receiving her medical license in 2017 and her doctorate in 2021—she completed her specialist training at the University Hospital Düsseldorf and, since 2021, within our MVZ Radiology Network NRW.
Dr. med. Birgit Himmel
Specialist in Radiology
Following her medical studies at RWTH Aachen University - culminating in her medical license in 1990 and doctorate in 1991 - Dr. Himmel completed her specialist training at the Lukaskrankenhaus in Neuss, the Bethesda Krankenhaus in Mönchengladbach, and the AKH Viersen, passing her specialist examination in 2007.
Singha Röhlen
Specialist in Radiology | Head of Cardiac Imaging
Following his specialist training at the University Hospital Düsseldorf, Mr. Röhlen initially served for two years as a Senior Physician at the Krankenhaus der Augustinerinnen in Cologne. Subsequently, he worked for seven years as a Senior Physician at the Institute for Clinical Radiology at the Lukaskrankenhaus Neuss. Since 2021, Mr. Röhlen has been working with us as a practicing radiologist.
Daniel Doull
Specialist in Radiology
Daniel Doull is a specialist in radiology. He completed his medical studies at RWTH Aachen University and worked for several years at Düren Hospital. He has been a valuable addition to our team since April 2024. A particular focus of his work lies in image-guided pain therapy.

Drawing on her many years of experience as a Lead Radiologic Technologist, Ms. Hildebrandt has been organizing our Düsseldorf location since 2015. She has helped shape the company with great heart and personal dedication, thereby contributing to its current success.
Patrick Kleeblatt
Viersen Location
Mr. Kleeblatt has been a member of our team since 2019, bringing to our practice his training as a Medical Technologist in Radiology, which he completed at the University Hospital Düsseldorf. Since 2021, he has assumed additional responsibilities as a lead staff member, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice. With his qualification as a Quality Management Representative (IHK), he guarantees the highest standards in patient care.
Ewa Grzeskiewicz
Viersen Location
Ms. Grzeskiewicz has been a member of our team since 2021, contributing profound professional expertise and great dedication to our practice. She earned her degree as a Medical Technologist in Radiology (MTR)—specifically a Master’s degree—at the Medical University of Poznań, Poland. She is currently expanding her qualifications by pursuing a degree in Business Administration, aiming to optimally combine her medical expertise with business acumen.
Frank Werthebach
IT / Communication
Since 2022, Mr. Werthebach has headed the two departments of IT & Communication, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company's digital direction. Holding a Bachelor of Science from the University of Duisburg-Essen, he combines technical expertise with strong communication skills and strategic foresight.
Jessica Czubayko
Düsseldorf Location
Ms. Czubayko joined our company in 2024. As a medical assistant, she possesses over 13 years of professional experience in outpatient care. She is currently pursuing advanced training to become a practice manager at the PVK Institute in Munich, aiming to deepen her expertise in the key areas of organization, team leadership, and quality management.

Nettetal Location
Ms. Forger-Saulenas is a long-standing radiologic technologist. Since 2025, she has been managing our Nettetal location.
Christiane Knorr
HR / Personal
Ms. Knorr is a trained office administrator who has completed advanced training to become a Certified HR Specialist and a State-Certified Business Economist. She has been successfully active in the field of human resources since 2010, possessing extensive experience in both operational and strategic HR matters. Since 2025, she has been leading our Human Resources Department.

Ms. Heuken-Lentjes ensures that all financial processes run smoothly and transparently. She coordinates all operations within financial accounting and communicates with billing agencies and referral sources.
Nico Schulz
Viersen Location
Mr. Schulz ensures that outstanding receivables are processed in a timely manner and consistently maintains an overview of payment deadlines and incoming payments. With a professional yet friendly demeanor, he issues reminders for overdue payments.
Tim Koritki
Düsseldorf Location
Mr. Koritki is responsible for the accurate recording, verification, and posting of incoming invoices, as well as the maintenance of accounts payable. He monitors payment deadlines, prepares payment runs, and ensures compliance with both internal and statutory regulations.
Inken Rieger

Ms. Rieger ensures that invoices are processed promptly - with a professional yet warm demeanor.
