Dr. Kjel Andersen-van Loyen is a long-standing specialist in radiology. After completing his specialist training at Düsseldorf University Hospital, Dr. Andersen-van Loyen worked for 12 years as a senior physician at the Institute for Clinical Radiology at Lukas Hospital in Neuss. He has been working as a radiologist in our practice since May 2020.

Dr. Andersen-van Loyen covers the entire field of radiology. One of his main areas of expertise is cardiac imaging using CT and MRI, for which he is a Q3 trainer certified by the German Radiological Society (DRG). Other areas of expertise include head and neck radiology, oncological and gastroenterological radiology, and musculoskeletal imaging.​
